Comprehensive Payment Policy
The 9-11 10th Year Anniversary website ('this Site') accepts the following major credit cards - Visa, Master Charge, Discover, and American Express for items purchased in the Anniversary Gift Store. We also accept payment through PayPal. We charge your credit card after you complete the checkout process. All purchases on this Site are final. We do not accept any cancellations since we begin processing your order the same day we receive it. Commemoration artworks are all custom-made to order. Other anniversary brand items are typically shipped within 24 to 72 hours.
This Site sells only new products, and a returned product would constitute a used product. For this reason we do not accept any product returns. However, we do realize that occasionally you may wish to exchange a product for another after you have placed an order. For your convenience you may exchange only an anniversary artwork for another of comparable price within 24 hours of your order. You may initiate a request for an exchange by completing the customer service form and including the order number and the item numbers of the artifact to be replaced and its replacement. A representative will handle your request and get back to you - please include your contact information with your request. We cannot honor an exchange for any artwork after 24 hours of order because the manufacturing process would already be underway. Clothing and other non-art items are not subject to an exchange.
In the event that you receive a damaged product delivered by the USPS, FedEx or by UPS, please follow this procedure within 48 hours of delivery of the order:
A representative will handle your request and get back to you in a timely manner. It is important that you initiate a damage report within 48 hours of delivery of your order by FedEx or UPS for us to honor your report. Our desire is to help you and we appreciate your cooperation on this process.
EKTIMIS uses the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for delivery of some gift items to customers. We use Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for delivery of anniversary collectible artwork to customers. All items that are subject to free shipping will be shipped by either standard (or media) USPS service or UPS Ground service - per our discretion. However, you may request an expedited shipping service, during checkout, at your expense.
