The events of September 11, 2001 are historic and defining at many levels - at a national level, at a local community level, at a family level, and at an individual level. We believe the 10th year anniversary of 9/11 should be a reflective one. In commemoration of the 10th Year Anniversary of 9/11 and in a spirit of thoughtfulness and reflection, we have created three special collectible artworks. Each framed piece is unique and original and is designed to honor, unite and inspire. Each collectible artwork is suitable for corporate offices, businesses, as well as government agencies and is available for purchase in the Gift Store.
Portions of the proceeds from each artwork will be donated to support three primary non-profit organizations that are designated beneficiaries of this commemoration initiative - National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, Fisher House Foundation, and Wounded Warrior Project.
A commissioned collectible artwork that honors those lost on 9/11 and the U.S. military persons that have died since. The framed artwork documents the events of 9/11 through powerful artistic symbolism, while inspiring and uniting all Americans every where. The museum quality collectible masterpiece features the specially designed 9-11 10th Year Anniversary Merlingold medallion and an inscription plate with the words - "We Memorialize So That We May Never Forget. We Reflect So That We Shall Always Stand United And Strong".
A commissioned collectible artwork that features the Survivor Tree, also known as the 9-11 Tree. The Callery Pear tree barely survived the destruction that occurred at the World Trade Center plaza on September 11, 2001. It was nursed back to life, defying all odds, by horticulturists at the Van Cortlandt Park nursery in New York, and has grown from its original 8 feet to over 30 feet tall. The tree currently resides at the 9/11 Memorial Plaza, New York City. (Learn more about the tree). The collectible artwork features an inscription plate with the word - "A Symbol of Hope, Resilience, and Strength".
A collectible artwork that features the 9-11 10th Anniversary Medallion (the same one that comes with the "Reflection" artwork), a specially designed Merlingold coin that features the World Trade Center twin towers (in the background), a hovering American Eagle clutching a single stem of roses (in the foreground), and the 9-11 10th Year Anniversary inscription around the top. The medallion, designed by EKTIMIS, is set in an 8" by 8" black frame with an inscription plate that reads - "Never Forget. Stay Vigilant. Remain United."
